ANIME SENZA VOCE 4th Edition

A dinner on the street followed by child abuse art exhibitions in four different venues in the historic center of Ferrara, conferences, workshops, presentations, a conference and readings: numerous events are planned for “Anime Senza Voce”.

“Anime Senza Voce” – explained the creator and organizer Brigitte Ostwald – “is an international event for contemporary art against child abuse, which takes place today (Tuesday, September 17, 2019) in the city residence until Sunday, September 22, 2019 in the historical center of Ferrara.

This year it is our 4th event and this time we are in Ferrara from 20 to 22 September 2019 in the Palazzo La Racchetta, in the Galleria Cloister, in the Galleria Matteotti, in the Palazzo Crema and in the Grotte del Boldini with 107 national and international artists and over 400 artworks. This time 40% of the artists from abroad are represented.

We also have the honor to introduce the new world champion in blacksmithing 2019 – the artist Davide Caprili from Savignano sul Rubicone. This year the title went to an Italian for the first time – and not only that: all three titles (gold, silver and bronze) were won by the Italians! He has been one of our participating artists since the first edition. On Friday at 6 p.m. for the inauguration in the monastery gallery, the director, playwright and director of the Free Theater in Bolzano, Reinhard Auer from Vienna, will be presented as a guest of honor by the film critic Vito Contento. As beneficiaries of our charity auction this year, we have chosen the No-profit ACAREF foundation in Ferrara, which also deals with the auctioning of artworks at the gala dinner on Saturday evening in Palazzo la Racchetta. “
